With more than 25 years of industrial expertise, Arbi Zaied is not an ordinary trainer. An engineer by background, he has risen through every level: Quality Manager, Technical Engineer, and then Master IPC Trainer, the highest level of expertise in global standards.
As CEO, he guarantees TEAM’s strategic relevance. He drives the philosophy of sustainable knowledge transfer, ensuring that every training program addresses a concrete operational challenge for the client.

Hanen Bader embodies a dual revolution: technical excellence and parity. She is the first and only woman certified as a Master IPC Trainer in North Africa and the Middle East.
